Cerreto Grue is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 kilometres (62 mi) east of Turin and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 346 and an area of 4.8 square kilometres (1.9 sq mi).
Cerreto Grue borders the following municipalities: Costa Vescovato, Montegioco, Sarezzano, and Villaromagnano.
